Fully loaded with some of the cutting edge technologies, this particular camera is extremely user friendly too. Quite honestly, right from its design, handling to performance every minute detail is given high concern.

High definition video quality

The WH1 has the ability to capture high definition digital video of 720 pixels and 30 fps. The device is made waterproof up to 10 feet for an hour long time. Under water still photos and videos can be well captured like never before. It has got a 2.5 inch LCD screen and can detect up to 12 faces with the help of its unique face detection technology.

While detecting 12 faces at the same time it never lacks behind in its automatic settings to optimize focus and aperture. The 2 mega pixel digital still camera with 30x optical zoom exceeds any other camera to capture high definition images at a distant place. While using it in a confined space, this particular gadget proves itself to be really useful as the display quickly spins up to 285 degrees automatically. It has a useful feature of image stabilization.

The WH1 is such a sophistic masterpiece that it is able to distinguish between unintended shakes and conscious camera movements. It has a wonderful solution for those who do action photography. Unbelievably it can capture up to 13 odd fps in sequential photo mode. Nobody can believe that the device is able to capture standard definition videos for over five hours of time. However, in case of high definition video shooting, this shooting time comes down to approximately 4 hours. There is another amazing feature loaded in WH1, that is one can capture still images while the camera is busy shooting video.

Reduction of the start up time

In ordinary cameras it usually happens that the device takes quite a few seconds to start – up. But here in this particular device, the start – up time has been significantly reduced. If the WH1 is powered on and LCD display is closed, the device comes to standby mode. Now, by simply opening the display, it automatically comes to power on mode and becomes fully operational in just 1.7 seconds! When talking about the battery back – up, the powerful battery delivers up to 200 minutes of video shooting time. Small battery size and its low weight make it perfect and handy.

It has a unique feature with the help of which the WH1 can be connected to a DVD recorder or a modern day digital television, making it very convenient to share and enjoy still photos and videos as well. To back – up recorded contents in the camera, the device can be connected to a computer.
